Bon Secours Spiritual Center features two large conference rooms that can each accommodate up to 150 guests, as well as several smaller meeting rooms which serve the needs of various group sizes. Informal rooms that feature comfortable seating areas, for a more relaxed atmosphere, are also available. The facilities staff can set up meeting rooms to your specifications and a full-range of audio-visual and projection equipment, including LCD projectors, are available at a reasonable cost. As a full service conference center, the staff is also available to provide a range of meeting preparation and facilitation services to assist you in addressing your conference and retreat planning needs.
The 70 individual bedrooms with private bathroom and card key access are comfortably furnished with one full-size bed, alarm clock, desk and chair, as well as cable Internet access. WiFi capability is available in the meeting rooms as well as throughout other areas of the building. The entire building is air conditioned for your comfort and the windows also open so that guests can enjoy a cool breeze and the sounds of nature.
Six large, fully handicapped bedrooms with private bathroom are available, two on each hall of the lodging wings (all three floors of the Center are accessible by an elevator). To assist guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, all bedrooms are equipped with an emergency Visual Alerting system: a TTY text telephone is available in the Guest Assistance Office.
Center staff is always available to attend to guests' requests. A full time environmental staff is on hand to insure that all meeting and lodging accommodations are clean, fully equipped, and ADA compliant.
Meals are served daily (breakfast at 8:00 a.m., lunch at noon, dinner at 6:00 p.m.) by an efficient and well-trained food and beverage staff who are happy to prepare various specialty items and provide banquet services upon request. Light refreshments are available in hospitality lounges on each floor of the Center. The lounges are also a pleasant place to meet other guests or refresh between meeting sessions.
Please note that in consideration of our other guests who come to Bon Secours for reflection, quiet, and a time away from their hectic daily lives, we have designated our Center as an adult environment (no children under age 18). Pets are prohibited, except for service animals for the handicapped.

| Bookstore/Data Port/Library - Located on the lower level is a combination Bookstore, Library and Data Port area (computers, printers and laptop ports for guests' use). The Bookstore hours are 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. daily (closed on Sunday). | ||
| Chapel - The Chapel is on the main floor in the center of the building. Mass is ordinarily at 11:00 am Monday through Sunday. (please call the Center before arrival for daily mass) | Food - There is a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave available for guests' use in the main floor hospitality room. Alcoholic beverages are not supplied by the Center. | Laundry - A coin-operated washer and dryer (ironing board and iron) are available for your use on the lower level of the center. |

Vending - Soda and candy machines, along with a microwave, are available at all times on the lower level. | Pool - The outdoor pool is open in season between 7:30 am - 7:30 pm daily. |
